Information we handle

FaxBolt handles your email address, subscription and account identifiers, fax numbers, fax documents, delivery information, and basic security and diagnostic logs.

• Stripe processes payment details; FaxBolt does not store full card numbers.
• Telnyx processes fax delivery and phone-number assignment.
• Resend delivers passwordless sign-in emails.
• Private object storage holds fax documents.

How we use it

We use this information to create your account, provide sending and receiving, show your fax history, prevent fraud and abuse, support billing, and keep the service reliable.

Advertising measurement

FaxBolt uses Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which ads lead to subscriptions. When you subscribe, the verified email address may be sent to Google in normalized and hashed form for Enhanced Conversions. Payment card details and fax documents are never sent to Google Ads.

Site analytics

FaxBolt uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site. Analytics covers page views, referring sources, approximate location by country or region, and device type. Fax documents, fax numbers and payment details are never sent to Google Analytics, and we do not sell any of this data.

Both advertising measurement and analytics use cookies. You can clear or block them in your browser settings at any time, or browse in a private window; the fax service itself keeps working.

Retention and deletion

Unfinished guest uploads expire automatically. Fax documents are scheduled for deletion 30 days after a subscription ends. Some billing, security, and transaction records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
