The service
FaxBolt provides online fax sending to supported US and Canadian numbers, inbound fax receiving through one assigned US number, and private fax history. Individual faxes may contain up to 350 pages and 50 MB.
Subscription
For eligible first-time subscribers the introductory first week is $4.99, followed by recurring billing of $14.99 per month starting on day 8 until cancelled. The current price and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Cancellation and payment-method management are available online through the billing portal.
Acceptable use
You must have the right to send every document and contact each recipient. You may not use FaxBolt for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, automated blasting, resale, or activity that disrupts the service. The Fair Use Policy is part of these terms.
Refunds
If a fax fails to deliver or the service does not work as described, contact support and we will review every request. Where appropriate we issue a partial or full refund of the most recent charge. Refund requests do not affect your right to cancel at any time.
Availability
Fax delivery depends on telecommunications networks and the recipient’s equipment, so delivery is not guaranteed. FaxBolt is not an emergency service. Service may be limited temporarily for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
